The typical supermarket kraut is fine but there's been a recent surge in fresher better more flavorful options - Wildbrine Cleveland etc - and Flanagan is yet another. I enjoyed this classic kraut though not as much as the Wildbrinf whiskey dill kraut which is sublime. I like that it's organic and made in the US (from local cabbage).

Marinated cabbage is traditional to many Eastern European countries. I am very happy that it will now be available to buy at a grocery store in the US. I really like the texture how it tasted and the fact that it's beneficial for my digestion. I am not a huge fan of caraway seeds so I'd like to try another variety without them.

My biggest complaint with store bought kraut is the texture often too soggy Flanagan Farm kraut was the perfect amount of crunch. I was very pleased with the packaging and shipping of this product. It was delivered to my porch on a hot June day and still ice cold when I took it out of the package. We chose to try this sauerkraut with pulled pork sandwiches on the 4th of July. While no one complained when I asked everyone who tried it for feedback the general consensus was meh. No complaints but maybe a little bland and not much of a punch to it flavor wise.

Just tried this tonight. We grilled up some burgers and hot dogs. My husband loves sauerkraut and he said it's one of the best! I like the fact that it's organic. I like the flavor of the sauerkraut but I wish it had more crunch. If you like more of a softer kraut then this is for you.
I'm a Sauerkraut fanatic so when I got this to try I was excited. It has a nice flavor. It's sour like it should be (the sourer the better I say) the texture is nice it's not mushy.
The ingredients list is simple and straightforward. The package came from the seller with Ice packed to keep the product fresh this is a good product. Having been born and raised in Russia sauerkraut was a staple during the winter. Living in the USA for over 10 years now I always make sure to buy sauerkraut to make our special soup Borsch and the salad Vinigret.Flanagan Farm Sauerkraut Classic did not disappoint. The product came in a sealed package and was fresh and crispy. The flavor was delicious just as it should be. My Borsch turned out very tasty. I will be buying this product again.
Absolutely delicious flavorful sauerkraut I enjoy how it is extremely intense and flavorful. I love that it's a natural probiotic with clean ingredients. It has kimchi which gives it a delicious wholesome flavor. The resealable packaging is definitely a sellable aspect of it as well. It's good to eat alone or paired with a sandwich or just an added bonus to any recipe but definitely an amazing product. Extremely fresh!
We had this for dinner the other night alongside smoked sausage. Wow it was so good. This is one of the best sauerkraut I have tasted. I can't wait for my extended family to try it!
Flanagan Farn Kraut taste tangy. Flavored with garlic. I added a bit of pepper for taste. This is definitely a first for me. I would have it on hotdogs. It's OK.

I received this product via Influenster to try and give my honest feedback. I usually make my own kimchi and mindfully take the time to consume probiotic foods as much as I can. This kimchi has a nice mild spice to it - pretty decent! The texture isn't too bad as well.. would definitely recommend to anyone looking into rebalancing your gut!
This sauerkraut has a lot of flavor. I make it with some pork and fresh asparagus. I don't think it was personally my favorite but definitely a good option if you like kimchi.
This is my first time trying kimchi sauerkraut. I liked it better than the original. I liked the flavor and spice on this one. Packaging is nice and it has simple ingredients.

Marinated cabbage is traditional to many Eastern European countries. I am very happy that it will now be available to buy at a grocery store in the US. I really like the texture how it tasted and the fact that it's beneficial for my digestion. I am not a huge fan of caraway seeds so I'd like to try another variety without them.
I love this sauerkraut so much. The combination of the kimchi flavor is amazing. It came well packaged and it is easy to seal back. The texture is just like cabbage. It's more than enough for the whole household to enjoy.
Fairly mild flavor. I really like the caraway seeds but it could use a little more oomph (which you can add on your own). I often have stomach issues so this is a great option to have.
I love sauerkraut! This is delicious! It's good warm or cold. I love to put it on turkey sandwiches. It's crunchy but also tender and it's got great ingredients. Delicious and gut friendly!
It has a very mild almost dill pickle taste with what seems like a hint of garlic. It would be very easy to eat alone. I think the taste is too mild for a hotdog.
I was very pleased with the packaging and shipping of this product. It was delivered to my porch on a hot June day and still ice cold when I took it out of the package. We chose to try this sauerkraut with pulled pork sandwiches on the 4th of July. While no one complained when I asked everyone who tried it for feedback the general consensus was meh. No complaints but maybe a little bland and not much of a punch to it flavor wise.
I love sauerkraut! It still has a good crunch. It was great on a hot dog for a family get together on a hot summer day. It's interesting that it has probiotics! And I liked that it was resealable.

This sauerkraut has such a fresh flavor! The packaging is great and helps keep the flavor fresh!! This kraut has great crunch and fermentation but not overly sour! The serving size makes sense for the packaging size and amount. I've never had caraway seed in my kraut but I really like the change up. This will be great on brats!!

I am not a huge fan of kraut to begin with. This brand and flavor was just alright to me. I do like the crunch and the fact that it's full of probiotics. I paired it with sausage and it went together really well. I would be willing to try different flavors in the future.
For the love of sauerkraut and Kimchi this is an amazing product. Loved it so much the texture and flavor is great wish it was a little more spicy but it's not a game changer.

Flanagan Farm's Sauerkraut KimchiThis is good tasting sauerkraut! It has tons of probiotics and it's healthy !The flavor of kimchi style is phenomenal it's not spicy just really vinegary. I've used on the hotdog hamburgers tuna salad. Just made a egg frittata with the FF's Sauerkraut Kimchi it's so good! I know the traditional kimchi would taste different but this one is good! I've eaten it twice this week! Highly recommend!
