The typical supermarket kraut is fine but there's been a recent surge in fresher better more flavorful options - Wildbrine Cleveland etc - and Flanagan is yet another. I enjoyed this classic kraut though not as much as the Wildbrinf whiskey dill kraut which is sublime. I like that it's organic and made in the US (from local cabbage).

Marinated cabbage is traditional to many Eastern European countries. I am very happy that it will now be available to buy at a grocery store in the US. I really like the texture how it tasted and the fact that it's beneficial for my digestion. I am not a huge fan of caraway seeds so I'd like to try another variety without them.

My biggest complaint with store bought kraut is the texture often too soggy Flanagan Farm kraut was the perfect amount of crunch. I was very pleased with the packaging and shipping of this product. It was delivered to my porch on a hot June day and still ice cold when I took it out of the package. We chose to try this sauerkraut with pulled pork sandwiches on the 4th of July. While no one complained when I asked everyone who tried it for feedback the general consensus was meh. No complaints but maybe a little bland and not much of a punch to it flavor wise.

After opening up the package I was immediately greeted by the best smell ever. I love spicy food and tried a bite right out of the packaging. It definitely is spicy but also very flavorful and the fact that it's organic makes it even better. I added some of it to a sandwich and the texture made it absolutely delicious. Even my kids loved it
I've never tried kimchi before and now I'm kicking myself for lost time! I am health conscious and love the fact that this is so healthy for gut health. I cooked a fried rice with the kimchi as well as just having a few bites of it here and there. It tastes very good a little spice but nothing overwhelming. I'm going to make a ramen with it soon!
I loved the flavor of this sauerkraut but it was not as crunchy as I would want. That might be because it was not cold when it got to me. It came in a resealable pouch which I like but the seal isn't very tight

This was probably the best tasting kraut I've had slightly sweet with lots of seasoning. I made Ruben's and they turned out great I would definitely buy this brand of sauerkraut again.
It arrived to me packed with ice packs and styrofoam. The packaging is impeccable and eye-catching. I brought it for a cookout this weekend and I don't really like relish or horseradish on my hotdog but I make an exception for this. If you don't like horseradish on your hotdog give this a try this gives it a little flare.
I receive the sauerkraut classic organic from Influenster for free in exchange for my honest opinion. The packaging were super convenient. It was shipped to my house well packaged with dry ice to keep the products fresh. sauerkraut has a lot of probiotics so keeping it cool is very important. The taste was good. I usually enjoy pickles or kimchi and sauerkraut taste was something different.
Just tried this tonight. We grilled up some burgers and hot dogs. My husband loves sauerkraut and he said it's one of the best! I like the fact that it's organic. I like the flavor of the sauerkraut but I wish it had more crunch. If you like more of a softer kraut then this is for you.

This sauerkraut tastes really good. I love that is contains clean natural ingredients and probiotics. The cabbage is from a family owned local farm. I thought I was only receiving the classic sauerkraut but they also sent me a kimchi version which is really good too and has a kick of spice!
The best kraut I have ever had. You don't have to rinse this before you eat it. The caraway seeds make it taste just like my Omis home-made. This (taste) is (like) a true German sourkraut.

Sauerkraut is one of the products that we eat it regularly we like cabbage fresh or sauteed or fermented all good for your gut trying the first time from Flanagan farm product and would say it's good not so crazy about the caraway seeds and would reduce presence of them a little too many but the sourness is ok I would let it to ferment a bit longer for reacher taste but it's for my taste I do sauerkraut at home too and same recipe just salt and might add one carrot good price for it and it's fresh I would buy this product again and would add in my daily cookings recommend

The organic kraut cones in a nice resealable pouch. Which is great if you don't want to use it all. Looks like a normal kraut except this when has korean peppers to make it like kimchi. Unfortunately the flavor is not for me but was happy to try something new.

I received this product via Influenster to try and give my honest feedback. I usually make my own kimchi and mindfully take the time to consume probiotic foods as much as I can. This kimchi has a nice mild spice to it - pretty decent! The texture isn't too bad as well.. would definitely recommend to anyone looking into rebalancing your gut!

As a lifelong sauerkraut eater I know what I like and what I don't like where sauerkraut is concerned. When I first received my bag of Flanagan's I was a little worried because it didn't look quite like what I was used to but after one forkful I was fully impressed.
