Kimchicado Toast

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Flanagan Farm Kimchi Style Sauerkraut, lightly drained
  • 2 pieces sourdough bread or favorite bread
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium avocado, sliced
  • ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 radish, thinly sliced
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 egg, cooked sunny side up
  • Sesame seeds
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  • Toast bread and smear with Greek yogurt
  • Top yogurt with avocado, cucumber and radish then drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
  • Top avocado with Flanagan Farm Kimchi Style Sauerkraut then add egg
  • Sprinkle with green onion and sesame seeds
